Okay, so i know absolutely nothing about this, but i started thinking about it and it makes sense to sleep without a pillow. the only thing i was worried about was that i might like die in my sleep, but i guess not, because someone up there tried it and they didn't die. I'm going to try it tonight, and I'll get back tomorrow with you about it. :] Sweet dreams.
