not near 500,but 90 about for bipolar and the symptoms of it.It is treatable,& life can be more enjoyable with the right meds.(that's often hard to find-the right combination)
Hi Harry and everyone. 90 WoW what a big difference. No wonder I put my shoes on the wrong feet Sometimes I feel like a zombie, I can't think straight or even walk straight. To make an appointment for my psych it will take two to three months to get in. I guess I better aye? Thanks so much Take care because I care Norm Scooterman

I wonder just what you are taking so much of. I'm bp 1 and I take a lot of pills for a lot of physical ailments. I don't think I'll take them all out and count them for the whole month. It would be depressing for me to really do that.
What is really important is "how" they make you feel. I've been on medication for 20+ years. So, I've tried different combos and such. I'm stable today.
I am a big fan of education. I have been treated different from my own family when I was growing up. Being BP did not have a name. It was called my "condition". I am glad I'm over that now. I don't apologize any more for being "me". I am so glad to see younger people on these n/g's interacting with each other with this mood disorder that is called "bipolar" now instead of "manic depression" which sounds so scary.

that's a lot of pills.I'd talk to the doctor.Never heard of taking so many (mostly) for Bipolar Disorder.I thought I once took a lot before I got the doctor to cut out (taper in some cases)some of them.I'm interested.

I agree with Harry. That is a lot of pills. I would sincerely have a talk with your doctor. Some of those are habit-forming and dangerous to drink alcohol with. I would sure to leave the alcohol alone.
Thanks for your concern and caring Bee. Thank God I don't drink. I will phone my pysch this afternoon. I started out with only a few meds and when everytime I tried to commit su.... he uped my pills until I went a year with out any attempts. Well the pills are working but I can't remember anything that was said five minuets ago and my family doctor told me that I was overly sedated and of coarse I argued. If i said something to something...there answer would be "Pardon" and I get so frustrated.

I started getting very epressed and contmplaitng.....so my pysch doctor gave me more pills. It helped for awhile then I ended up in the pysch ward and the doctor gave me more pills. This went on for about a year until I stayed out of the hospital and I did feel so much better. I had no bad thoughts of suic. But I was so sedated. My pysch. doctor is the best doctor in the hospital and I trust him very much. I trult believe he kept me alive. Nice to meet you Lynn Wanderer Take care, Norm scooterman
