	We are experiencing some of the hottest weather ever here. I work in the hotel industry and I am forced to wear for my job a uniform. The bosses won't budge on this one. My normal attire is a light cotton dress, pantyhose, panties, and a slip. I just can't find a comfortable pair of pantyhose to wear in this heat. Its not too bad inside in the air conditioning, but going outside for any length of time makes my legs so uncomfortable, sweaty and itchy. My boss won't budge, she says its dresses only, and we must wear nylons. I usually always wear dresses and skirts with pantyhose all year long, but this is really getting too me. I never realized how uncomfortable they can be. Anyone have any suggestions on a good comfortable pair that will feel great all the time? Bonnie

	Not much you can do that I'm aware of. Pantyhose are just uncomfortable. I remember one time I was seeing this guy that was in love with my legs. We went out and I guess when I was dressing I didn't grab the "Just my size" hose I normally wear. Well let me tell you, they were just a bit too snug and my god they were so uncomfortable. It was like ultimate torture! I see your boss is a woman, if he were a man I'd love to have him see what us girls have to go through. I'd put him in a pair that is just a bit too small and leave him in them for a long time in excessive heat, and see how he feels trying to get around comfortably I bet you he'd want to take them off! Not that I'm into that, but I'd love to see these people that come up with these dress codes like it. If your skirts are long enough, i.e., below knee length, try knee-highs. Gerri

	Hi, you cannot wear fishnets in a job with Customer Contact. Especially in Hotel-Service and/or banking/consulting. The Customers may think they are in a ... (Hotel for an hour) or else. My advice will sound awfull but it works for me, so: wear a pantyhose one size smaller than your usual size and you will see. 	I have a muscle condition and I have to wear support hose all the time to be able to function at work. In the hot weather I wear gartered stockings instead of panty hose. But not thigh highs because I find the elastics hurt after a while. Or they itch. I also find that it helps that as you put them on, to sprinkle on some baby powder in areas where you get itching. I get it mainly at the top of my legs, just below the crotch, on the inside. Baby powder works wonders. Then I buy queen size. am just below the break between a B and a Q but I buy the Q anyway. If you are any where the break between two sizes, buy the larger. And never buy the one size fits none. Danielle
