Richard is mentally ill. He is suffering from severe psychosis. It's sad and we all feel sorry for him.
However, those who are taking advantage of his breakdown and manipulating him are the same obsessed individuals who orchestrate so much of the stalking and other criminal activity that goes on here. They are the cause of all of the strife in this newsgroup.
