What You Get: Choose from numerous free brochures and fact sheets on panic
disorder. The website also contains links to descriptions of the brochures

receive a list. Members also receive the newsletter and a list of self-help
groups. Membership is $25 per year.

A final note

Each of these organizations offers excellent introductory materials about
panic
disorder. Even if you already know a lot about the condition, chances are that
friends and family do not. Remember: it's always better to have too much
information than too little.
