| | Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with panic attacks while
driving?? This is where I have most of my problems and I am still
avoiding driving as much as possible and then I get pissed off at
myself for avoiding things. My psychologist always told me not to beat
myself up about it and act like it's no big deal but it is!!!!
Any suggestions??????

| | I am really, really tense right now. I've been inside watching the TV
all afternoon sweating like a pig and feeling anxious. I really really
want to go out on my scooter but I just can't do it and that's so
frustrating. Mum and dad are also miserable with each other which makes
the not being able to go out even more frustrating. I'm also having
to take zopiclone each night to get me to sleep (half of a 7.5mh pill)
which I also know is not doing me any good. I'm on 20mg of Citalopram
for my anxiety as well.
Sorry but I just needed to vent a lot of stuff.

I hate it here. BUT, I've planted some of my favorite flowers from the
islands. I'm very happy to say that my white ginger is in bloom! I plucked
a flower out today and it's on my desk, wilting, but still as fragrant as
can be. I wish you could all smell it because it would bring a wonderful
smile to your face. I just love it!
