I don't think so. Call them and you are talking to an 18-25 y/o working in a call center reading you a script and living and dying by the close, cross sell and add ons. The next phone call they get could be for an air filter, male enhancement pills, or the flavor of the week miracle diet.

This is Lucinda Bassett's program, right? If so she has no connection to Scientology at all. Her program is mainly watered down CBT but I know a number of people who feel they were helped greatly by it. But it is too espensive, last time I checked it cost $ 350.- It's sometimes cheap on eBay and some public libraries have it.
A co-worker of mine had this program on tape, and I listened to the entire thing. Some of it was worthwhile I thought, particularly the perspectives offered by some of the patients. I certainly do agree it was too expensive though. There was a certain slant toward getting in touch with spirituality however I do not recall any sort of denominational issues whatsoever (and I'm the type who would)....

Thanks for the post! Deep breathing exercises are excellent for anxiety and many people report positive results from meditation. Some other natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John's Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. http://www.sociatropin.com
